At Best Western Oswego, Diane made breakfast such a great experience for my whole family. She was kind and welcoming, kept the area clean and neat, made sure the food was stocked, and helped prepare plates. She even checked the tables to see if anyone needed juice, utensils, or napkins. I’ve had few hotel breakfasts with customer service this good. Thank you so much, Diane!

Jenny made check-in easy. She was quick, friendly, and gave us useful information. The stay was perfectly fine, with no issues. I especially liked the desk chair, one of the best I’ve used in a hotel room, and the shower had great pressure and temperature. Thanks, Jenny!

We were in town for a dance competition and would happily stay here again. Jenny at the front desk was accommodating, and Diane, the breakfast attendant, was such a sweet and helpful person. Our room was very clean, and the hotel was close to restaurants and stores.

The whole staff was kind and made me feel at home. Jenny and Tucker at the front desk were especially helpful, friendly, and professional. Best Western was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and I really appreciated the service. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

Jenny at the front desk made me feel welcome and appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a nice selection, and the location was handy, with lots of restaurants nearby. Good value.
