Cecilia made check-in and check-out completely stress-free. When she learned I don’t smoke, she let me switch rooms, which I really appreciated. The place was quiet and calm, and my room had hot water, clean towels, a warm, clean bed, a coffee machine, and cable. I had a great stay and will definitely come back next time 💯

My two- and three-year-old sons and I stayed for a little over a week while we waited to get into our home. The staff were very generous and accommodating, and housekeeping was courteous with our belongings while keeping the room clean.

We were traveling across the country to see family and started checking in at 2 in the morning. The desk clerk first asked my husband for our service dog’s certification paperwork. When I brought the dog into the lobby with the paperwork, the clerk said check-in required $250 in cash as a security deposit. He wouldn’t take a card or put a hold on one, and said we couldn’t stay without paying cash. We didn’t have that much with us. He told us he’d cancel the reservation and said “good luck” finding another hotel, then told us to leave and find somewhere else. We hadn’t agreed to cancel or asked for a cancellation. When I called the booking agency that morning, the reservation still hadn’t been cancelled, but the clerk had emailed us saying we chose to cancel it. This was very unprofessional. We’re now at Holiday Inn Express, which has a beautiful room and welcomes service dogs.

After a great fishing trip, we came back to a clean room with all the amenities. There’s a store across the street with food and anything else you might need. The front desk staff are the best anywhere. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. FANTASTIC PLACE!
