The staff are so nice and happy to answer questions, and the rooms are clean. There’s a nice pool, plus a fire pit out front that they light around seven in the evening. You can sit there and yak with the other guests. This place is fantastic, and I’ll definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed here before, and it’s still just as charming as it was a few years back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and while it’s nothing fancy, the price is great. The bonfire out front made it easy to sit around and talk with people. We’ll be back, thanks!

David was a big help over the phone and put my mind at ease about checking in late. I’m visiting from the UK and had been a bit unsure about choosing an independent motel over a chain, but I’m really glad I picked the Carolina motel. It has lots of character, feels very safe, and is such a charming little place.

The rooms are roomy and very clean, and the owner was welcoming and happy to suggest things to do nearby. It’s an older motel, but it’s been renovated. My only issue was the strong Clorox smell. I could tell the room had been cleaned thoroughly, which I appreciate, but maybe a room freshener or fabric spray could help with the cleaner odor. We had a great stay and plan to come back.

You can tell this motel has been looked after, and it’s nice seeing people take such pride in their property. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Awesome place, and we’ll definitely stay again. A+++
