The easy checkout made leaving simple, with no wait or complications, which helped when we were traveling on a schedule. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a good range each morning, from lighter choices to heartier food, and it was fresh and well stocked. The breakfast staff kept things clean and replenished and were attentive. Between that and the smooth checkout, I’d recommend the hotel and would like to come back.

Housekeeper Dhiru did a wonderful job in my room. It was tidied and refreshed each day, with clean towels and replenished amenities, and even the toilet paper had a stamp on it. The housekeeping team was courteous despite the language barriers, and their care showed throughout the property. The lobby, halls, elevators, guest rooms, and restrooms were all spotless and well kept. That level of consistent cleanliness made the stay feel comfortable, safe, and stress free. I’d happily return knowing the team maintains such high standards.

The room was comfortable, the air conditioner worked smoothly, and we slept well. The TV was modern and worked fine, although the furniture looked a little dated. The bathtub stopper wouldn’t hold water, a small annoyance, and there was a faint musty smell in the room and hallway that went away after a few minutes. The property seems older than some newer hotels. Alice, I believe, was working the desk. She was warm and attentive, though she couldn’t answer our breakfast question. Good stay overall, and we’ll be back.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to families. The location felt sketchy, even though it was close to things, and the pool was only okay. My child slipped just after getting out by the stairs and turning left. A tile edge stuck out instead of sitting flush with the pool, and it cut the side of his toe badly enough to bleed. The front desk employee didn’t know where the hydrogen peroxide was or whether they had any. The first aid kit hadn’t been checked as it was supposed to be, according to the manager, even though it showed that it had. They supposedly renovated the hotel about a year ago, but it felt like lipstick over bigger problems. The halls smelled awful, and the rooms were damp and musty. Our sheets were gross, so I asked for replacements. The desk clerk handed them to my husband for us to put on ourselves and didn’t offer to help. Later, when we were locked out, we only wanted a new key made for when we returned. Instead, the clerk said she’d tried to enter our room to get our keys, but heard our dog and decided not to go in. The manager offered only 15% off, saying she’d have to call the head office. I still had to go out and buy disinfectant for my child’s toe. He’d also been looking forward to waffles, but the batter machine wasn’t working well. The employee tried fixing it twice, then said she wouldn’t touch it again. Very disappointing, and not the service I expected.
