Bradford Inn and Suites

The view was nice, but I won't be back. When I checked in, the room hadn't been serviced: the bed had been slept in, dirty towels were lying around, the toilet was disgusting, and the room smelled musty. I asked for a refund for one night and got only $60. The room was overpriced, and breakfast was a joke. People were hanging out on the balconies at night, smoking, drinking, and making a lot of noise. Do not stay here!

We come for the Thanksgiving parade every year because the location is convenient, but the rooms have been a mess. We had to change rooms three times. In the first set, one toilet was broken and there was a strong pet urine smell. In the second set, I couldn't even open the door to one room, and the other had urine and toilet paper inside. The rooms we finally got were only borderline acceptable. They're very old, poorly decorated, with worn furniture and drapes and no mattress covers. Staff seemed only somewhat apologetic and couldn't say which rooms had been upgraded. Every year they say they're renovating. We paid for a waterfront room and ended up facing the street. If I hadn't complained half a dozen times, I doubt we'd have had anything taken off the bill. It's a shame, since the location is perfect, but this hotel needs a total redo. I don't complain much, so for me to speak up this much, something is really wrong. HORRIBLE. I'm not staying again!

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but the accommodations are dated, like a motel from the 70s. The bathrooms are extremely small, and the suite we rented was just two adjoining rooms, one furnished with a couch and chairs. I had hoped for a bigger shower or a whirlpool tub, but there was only a small tub with a shower. The outside corridors aren't balconies, though you can pull out a chair and sit there. The front desk closes at 10:00. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the main strip, and the view is great if you get an ocean-view room. If you're not fussy about the room, it's a good spot.

The location on the waterfront is great, and the front desk staff were super nice, but I wouldn't stay here again. Our three rooms got no maid service, and we had to get towels and sheets for the sofa sleeper from the front desk. One guest discovered at 11 pm that there were no sheets for the sofa bed, after the office had closed. The phone and coffeemaker didn't work, though the handyman came right away. The rooms were clean but mediocre, and ours stank like a moldy cigarette butt. Not cool for non-smokers.
