The restaurant and bar were great, and paying ahead for breakfast is a good idea. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout, though I wish I remembered their names for shout-outs. The parking ramp is pretty beat up and confusing, but the hotel itself was clean, quiet, and well cared for. As advertised, the rooms were very quiet, and both the heaters and hot water worked well. Great experience!

Christina was friendly, helpful, and efficient, and dinner was great. I was there to eat with family visiting from out of town. The location is great, and the place feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I was happy to find creative zeroing in proof drink options, along with plenty for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diners.

I came for snowda this 2026 season and loved the location and atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean. Someone playing music in the halls was kind of rude, since that back area is supposed to be quiet. Quiet was part of why we got rooms at the back in the first place. Still, I understand it was a festival and people were having fun.

I nearly went to Trader Joe’s to buy a ready-made salad, but I'm glad I wandered into the hotel bar and restaurant instead. It's an unassuming little nook with great service and quality food. Jade at the bar can make anything and always serves with a smile. Miguel cooked me an awesome steak, perfectly medium rare.

Christina's warm, lively way of making us feel welcome made the evening special, and the margaritas were fantastic. She made my first visit to Plymouth unforgettable. I can't wait to come back!
