Ouray RV Park & Cabins

The Smokehouse restaurant connected with the resort is awesome, and the bathrooms are immaculate. Jeep rentals are affordable too, with next-level service. Cabins along the river come in different sizes and prices, and we found them budget friendly. The location is perfect. I’ll be back many times, with family and without.

This was our second time staying at the Ouray Riverside Resort RV Park, and we’re sure to return. Our roomy site was clean, well graveled, and right beside the river, so we could enjoy listening to the water. The whole park is tidy and generally quiet, with large sites. Check-in was simple: they take you to your spot and offer to help guide you in. The bathhouse and laundry are clean too, if you need them. There’s a lovely walking trail along the river right by the RV spaces, with great views and bridges across the water at each end. Downtown Ouray is close, and you can even walk to the hot springs. Dogs need to stay leashed, which is typical for RV parks.

The property is beautiful, and we’re looking forward to coming back for more trips. We’d never been to Ouray or stayed at this resort before, but the owners went above and beyond to sort out a small issue and gave us great customer service. Our room was clean, the cabins looked awesome, and the RV spaces were beautiful. The convenience store seemed to have everything under the sun. Next time, and probably on several trips after that, we’re bringing our camper. To the owners, thanks for going the extra mile for your customers!

The porch swing was my favorite part of our stay, and we also enjoyed the hot tubs. These are small, comfortable, warm cabins in a stunning setting, and it’s an easy walk into town. We stayed in a rustic cabin with a shared bathroom and were a little unsure about that, but the bathrooms were nearby and well kept, so it wasn’t a big problem. The convenience store had everything we needed, and the staff were friendly.
