There was only a pool. The breakfast was bland, and there wasn't any salsa for the eggs. We could smell strong fresh paint fumes every time we went into the elevator. We didn't complain, though we probably should have.

There were bed bugs during our stay for my son's hockey tournament. Staff were very helpful and moved us, and I spoke to management after we left. They said we'd be compensated for the stay and refunded for the hassle, but that didn't happen. I think the manager's name was kelly. I don't recommend this place.

The location is great, but they didn't tell us the pool was closed and I don't like being lied to. We also had to change rooms because ours hadn't been cleaned.

Our room was clean, the service was good, and there were clean towels after swimming. Thanks, guys.

The price is a little high, but I always stay here when I visit my girlfriend's family. The suites are great, and the pool and breakfast selection make it a nice place to splurge. There are waffles and a rotating hot breakfast. They'd even managed to warm the pool a little more than on our last visit, though it's still quite chilly. We had a few small issues, but the staff took care of them and kept us happy. Their customer service is the best I've seen at any hotel, and they really go the extra mile. Bobtail trucks can park there, just be careful not to block anyone, including yourself, since it can get pretty hectic.
