Traveling with small children, I asked for a late checkout, and the staff kindly gave us extra time. That made a real difference. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, very nice, and extremely clean. Breakfast had a good variety, too. We had an amazing stay, and I’ll definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price, this is a great place, and I stay here whenever I’m in the area. They were helpful when I needed to print documents. Breakfast is good, though sometimes the eggs and sausage run out early. The laundry is convenient, but it was out of order this week. There’s a laundromat just down the road.

We booked this room specifically for the hot tub, and although it looked fairly clean, my girlfriend and I decided to use it. Big mistake. It worked as it should, but in the three days since our stay we’ve both had respiratory and gastrointestinal distress. We’re worried about possible medical costs if the symptoms don’t go away on their own. I’m writing this three days after the stay. The room was filthy in a lot of ways. The carpet was torn and stained, ceiling paint was peeling, and the counters were dusty. The floor above us squeaked, and the people upstairs seemed not to sleep. At 3 a.m. it sounded like they were practicing for an MMA fight right over our heads. There weren’t any vending machines where I could get drinking water. The first desk attendant kindly gave me a couple of bottles. The second took a long time to consider it, saying the water was “supposed to be for members only.” Don’t bother with this place. It’s not long for this world.

The check-in attendant gave us tips about fun things to see nearby, and the location was quiet while still close to area attractions. We got a fantastic deal for a weekend stay of two nights with our kids. The hotel has had a major refresh, and everything looked updated and clean. Our new beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The toiletries were good quality and smelled nice. I was much more pleasantly surprised than I expected, and we’ll definitely stay again.
