The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean, but this is definitely a budget hotel, maybe a low 3 star. A lot needs attention: windows need replacing, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the AC was loud, the mattress pad was dirty and stained, and the furniture and bathroom mirror were damaged. Breakfast is free, but it ends too early at 9am, and the small lounge can't fit people comfortably during that short window for a hotel this size. Service could be better too, since nobody seems to be at the desk. The worker keeps the nearby spaces blocked with orange cones so nobody parks near his new truck, which he is always outside cleaning. I saw that on three separate times I left and came back. Maybe this works for construction workers, and I bet half the guests were construction workers. There was mud and dried dirt from their vehicles all over the lot, and men left dirty shoes outside the doors in the hallways. Not great for a family vacation. I don't think I'll return. It's not for me.

We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed, on top of the bedding and still wearing all our clothes. The room was awful and dirty. The bed was broken and sloped down at the head, the couch was busted and unusable, and the remote didn't work. There were dirty used towels in the shower, while the towels that were supposed to be clean looked used and refolded on the rack. The blanket was thin and barely covered the bed. Wouldn't recommend.

I was charged twice for one room when I checked in. They told me they'd refund it when I pointed it out, but the next day the transaction still hadn't been canceled and I got the same answer. With my deposit and the extra room charge tied up, I couldn't even order dinner. It still hadn't been canceled, and no, it wasn't on your end. He had me swipe my card, then said it didn't go through after it had, so he had me run it again and it charged again. I think yall are trying to scam people and hoping they won't notice the duplicate charge.

We come here every time we're in the area. It's the best value for the money, with comfortable beds and really nice staff. Breakfast is better than at most hotels with free breakfast, and the pool is open now too. The location feels safe and is convenient.
