Bugs showed up by the sofa and in the sink on Friday morning, October 3, 2025, in the room on the fourth floor. I now have to wash all the clean clothes from my luggage and duffle bag because bugs were throughout the room. This was after two room changes the day before, Thursday, October 2, 2025. The first-floor room smelled of cigarette and weed residue. The second-floor room had very poor air quality, with extremely dirty ventilation ducts. The third room seemed okay until I woke up and saw the bugs. It was a horrible experience with the rooms, and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. There are much better places in the area.

We had a spacious, well-equipped studio with two queen beds. The breakfast, parking, room, and hospitality were all first-rate. Highly recommend this place.

The rooms are clean and the staff seem attentive, until something gets stolen. My car was taken during my stay, and another guest lost all his work tools. The staff here know there's a serious theft problem in the area, but don't have attentive security to address it. The hotel offered no compensation, just a simple apology, and said I couldn't get the footage. They charge enough to have full security around the clock, but choose not to. Don't assume coming to the county means avoiding city problems. You could be robbed. If you come, take an Uber and don't leave valuables in your car, since things may be stolen and staff will only pretend to care.

My car was stolen on my first night at the hotel. I paid 375 for two nights, plus a $150 incidental deposit that still hasn't been returned. My daughter's PS5 games and controllers were taken, along with my tool bag, Milwaukee impact drills, and jump box. For that price, you'd think the car would be safe. Then after checkout they charged me for parking for both nights.
