The breakfast was a letdown. The potatoes looked cooked but had a partly raw sort of texture, the egg and cheese omelet and sausage links both tasted odd, and the sausage wasn’t warm enough. Even the orange was hard to peel and tasted off. I threw it all away. I’ve had much better free breakfasts at other hotels. My room itself was clean and nice, though the bathroom outlet was loose and the light outside the bathroom flickered. The front desk associate was unfriendly, and the person restocking the breakfast area didn’t answer when I spoke to him. There was also a female solicitor in the parking lot behind the building.

You can check in and out remotely through the app, which is handy for introverts like me. The staff were kind, and my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary, and there are stores and restaurants nearby, including Sam's club, target. Wendy's, etc. It worked well for a quick stop or a longer stay. 100% recommended.

The breakfast area seemed a little disorganized, though maybe they were just having a rough patch. My room was very clean and well kept. There’s a business center, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool that looks seasonal. The location is central for food and shopping, with restaurants right across the street.

Everything was good for us, from the rooms and breakfast to the housekeepers and the rest of the front desk team. MARCELLA was the exception. Her rude, unwelcoming manner made me feel like she didn’t want to be there. My parents and my two young children were staying in two rooms with an adjoining door. One day my 21-month-old son shut it from his side while I was in the other room. The latch was on, so I couldn’t get back to him. I was scared and stressed, and went to the front desk THREE times to explain what had happened. No one came up to see the problem. They gave me room keys that did nothing, even after I kept explaining that they wouldn’t work. On my third trip down, I said maintenance would need to open the door because I couldn’t get in. MARCELLA came out with a nasty attitude and immediately asked, “were you in the room when it happened????” I explained that the rooms were connected and he was in the other one. She said, “never in my 21 years has anything like this happened” and “thais is a whole incident,” scolding me as though I were an idiot. I was already worried about my baby being alone, and her response only made it worse. Her attitude left such a bad taste that I was ready to leave right then. I gave the stay one star and wouldn’t come back because of her.
