TownePlace Suites by Marriott Ventura Oxnard

I spent about two months at TownePlace and had a comfortable, memorable stay from beginning to end. The location is perfect, and the new building is clean and well maintained. Maria, Sophia, Autumn, Yomayra, and the rest of the team were especially hospitable. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and ready to help. Highly recommend.

Being able to walk to several shops and places to eat was really convenient. The location, facilities, staff, and amenities were great overall, including the fitness center, laundry, and pool. Breakfast got off to a delayed start, but the team that quickly got the buffet going was fantastic and very focused on customer service. I gave the hotel four stars because my bathroom floor wasn’t fully clean, and the first buffet food wasn’t hot all the way through. The frozen items hadn’t been heated thoroughly.

We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in Oxnard. The online photos looked good, but the property was even better in person. It’s a beautiful new hotel, and everything about it was excellent. The young woman at check-in was accommodating, and since my partner needs a quiet room, she gave us one on the top floor. Our room was lovely and sparkling clean, with a kitchenette that had everything needed for a longer stay. The breakfast room was large and didn’t feel crowded at all. There was plenty of free parking, plus electric car chargers.

After a horrendous stay at the Holiday Inn, Townsplace Suites really saved the day. We had everything we needed and then some. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, and perfect for my family. Staff were incredibly friendly, and the amenities were amazing. There are stores within walking distance if something isn’t on site. We had an outdoor barbecue while the kids swam and played basketball. Breakfast was perfect, and there’s free laundry at the hotel. I can’t think of a single thing we needed that wasn’t available. We’ll absolutely be back, 100000 out of 10.
