Shelly really made the stay special. Her energy and kindness kept people happy, and she went out of her way to make guests feel welcome. The Holiday Inn Express in Osona was spotless, even down to the sanitized TV remotes. Service was attentive, breakfast was fresh, good, and well organized. A very pleasant surprise, and I’d happily recommend it.

We’re so glad we tried this hotel on our latest monthly trip from Ft Worth to Tucson AZ. Usually we stay at the Hilton down the road, after dinner with my cousins, then finish the drive in the morning. Ms Liz was busy at the front desk when we arrived, but still greeted everyone with a smile and stayed helpful and friendly. She didn’t get stressed, and thanked me for being a member. She also invited me to tell her about any concerns with the room or anything else, and said she’d make it right. We had none. It’s a very nice hotel, and we’ll be back.

We had no reservation and pulled in close to midnight because the highway exit made it convenient. The front desk woman was very friendly and made sure we got the best rate. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. Day staff were great too, and breakfast was delicious. I’d definitely recommend it.

After more than 12 hours on the road, Sandra greeted us at the front desk. She was polite, friendly, and accommodating, and gave us a TV guide plus a list of nearby restaurants and other resources. When we found the TV remote wasn’t working, she came right to our room and offered a solution. I work in hospitality, and could see how far she went to make our stay as good as possible. She absolutely made our night. Thank you!

Comfy bed, great crew, and All Pro Mgt! I left a bag behind on the way to AZ, and Super Mgr J.D. helped us work with UPS to get it shipped. UPS wasn’t helpful at all, their app failed on a phone, and their phone service wouldn’t help. J.D. stayed with us on the phone and walked me through making a label so my meds could be sent express. Forever grateful. That kind of care keeps me coming back to Holiday inn Express! M.A.
