The place was spotless, bright, and welcoming, and our room had what we needed: comfortable beds, a great shower, and plenty of towels. Check-in was quick with friendly, helpful staff, and checking out was easy too. We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. It's easy to get to the freeway and close to everything. I'd definitely come back.

Evelyn and Aaron were on top of everything and gave amazing customer service. They were such sweethearts, recommending beautiful places to eat in Weslaco that they usually go to together. Seeing them together reminded me of when my wife and I worked together in our younger days, LOL. Awesome environment, guys.

My weekend stay was horrible, and I'm not coming back. I was put in a dirty room on the 4th floor that hadn't been cleaned. Aaron was rude when I asked about the front desk ladies and refused to tell me anything. I left, then came back and cleaned the room myself. When I went down for more towels and sheets, the front desk lady was rude too. I got coffee while I waited and told her it was cold; she lied and said she'd changed it two hours ago. Get better front desk staff and a better manager, because he sucks.

There was a dead cockroach in my room. Check-in was a real hassle too: our company secretary had booked the rooms, but paying with a different card caused a lot of difficulty.

Those afternoon chocolate chip cookies were wonderful, and the staff across the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and breakfast were always smiling and welcoming. We stayed a week, and they kept checking that everything was okay and asking how we were doing. They take pride in the hotel. We'll stay again on our way back to Port Isabel for the winter, and I'd definitely recommend it.
