My family and I left the home immaculate after staying there this summer. We even washed some sheets and towels as a courtesy. Then they charged me exorbitant fees for cleaning the spa and alleged “home rule violations.” When I asked them to specify the damage, they only said we had broken their rules. This renter is unreasonable, and I don’t recommend staying here.
