It’s an older condo with fewer units, which means less crowding. The grounds are well kept, the pool is nice, and there’s an easy path to the beach. Our unit felt dated and had kitchen problems, so I’d stay again but choose a different one. The location is convenient.

Edgewater #207 felt like a home away from home, and my family and I loved it. The condo has the kitchen tools you need if you want to cook, plus a full washer and dryer for beach clothes. There’s private direct access to the beach, and the pool and grounds are beautifully maintained. The security also helped us feel safer. The place is beautiful, with amazing views, and set up for a really relaxing stay. We WILL be back!

We had a nice three-bedroom condo on the top floor, in a corner unit with a wraparound balcony and great beach views. The pool is nice, though it was oddly heated even in August, lol. The tennis court was in good shape. Pickleball has been popular for years, but it’s strange how few courts there are on the island. I only know of one rental complex with them. Parking may not be enough during peak season. They’re redoing a nearby lot, but it isn’t secured. We had no trouble parking in mid-August, when things were quieter.

The grounds are neatly trimmed, and the pool is maintained every day. The complex is very well kept, with a great beach location and well-maintained paths down to the water. Our wifi had a few problems at first, but they fixed them quickly.

We stayed in a great Airbnb condo here and loved the patio with its uninterrupted view. There’s a gate and a private path to the beach behind the building. The building is older, but it’s still a great place. We came in the last week of April, when the pool and hot tub were being resurfaced, so we didn’t get to use them. I wasn’t surprised.
