It’s a condo building where units are rented through services like Airbnb and Vrbo. The location is handy for nearby attractions, and for that area the price felt decent. The building is old, though, and the rooms had a musty smell. The pool is very small.
The sunset from the balcony was a highlight, especially if you enjoy staying on the Bayside. Our balcony was on the small side, but still a nice spot to sit out at night. The pool is small too, though we still liked it. Overall, a pretty nice place.
We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing pool, and the pier was a great place to fish. It’s also a lovely spot for watching the sunset. We’ll be back.
I’ve been staying here since I was a kid, and it’s a beautiful place. I’d have given it five stars, but the parking situation is the one drawback: they only allow one car for every two families, and the property managers seem to work with the local tow company because they’re so quick to have cars towed.
My family ended up spending the whole night in our car because the door was faulty, and customer service was awful. The people managing the property didn’t even know the door passcode. After five hours of waiting, we booked another hotel at 2 AM and also filed a police complaint. They assured me I’d get a refund, but it still hasn’t come through after two weeks. When I call, they just say it’s being processed. I had the worst travel experience here. Find somewhere cheaper and cleaner instead. I’d never book this place again.
