The stay itself was pretty great, but getting information about the place, especially the pool, was a nightmare. They’re supposed to be open from 8 to 5, yet every time I went to get a wristband, they were closed for lunch.

This is my usual vacation spot. The front office staff are great, and it never feels too crowded. There’s private beach access, a park for the kids, a kids’ pool, a jacuzzi, and a big pool. They also have a gym for working out and a game room for family time.
A cozy, pleasant place to vacation, close to the beach.
Our room was clean and the pool was nice, but the fitness center was a letdown. The treadmills didn’t work, and the weight machines were broken and need updating, so don’t expect much of a workout. Make sure your room has wall hooks, too, since towels can’t be hung outside. The bigger issue was the stairs. They broke while my son was walking up to the second floor one evening. We left the office a message, but nobody called to ask what happened or apologize. The stairs were fixed the next day. The elevator didn’t work during our stay, and with an older building, I don’t think the stairs are very reliable. The location is great, but that incident left a bad taste in my mouth, and I’m not sure I’d return.
There’s covered parking and elevators, plus beach access. The condos are nice, and the pool has a floating river and hot tub. There are also park tables with grills.
