We had a really enjoyable three-night stay, even though the property is well past its prime. It was quiet, and watching birds and fish along with the beautiful sunsets over the water was so relaxing. The dated unit was functional and impressively clean. Marissa in the RCI office was a big help moving us into an ADA unit. It worked fine for our 79-year-old mom, though we would have liked indoor modifications, mainly grab bars in the restroom. Having a private pool to ourselves was lovely, though the pump filter probably needs replacing since it didn't seem effective. With school back in session and tourists thinning out, it was a great week to be on the coast. Investors should upgrade these units: the location is ideal, and maintenance staff seem to be doing the best they can, but major renovations will eventually be needed.

Fishing right from the back porch made this a nice spot for a short getaway, and we had a relaxing time. The place was clean, the bathrooms had been renovated, but the carpet was really dirty and tiny ants were crawling on the kitchen counter.

The water views here are great, and it's a peaceful, relaxing timeshare trade in Corpus christi. Our unit was clean and well maintained, though the place is older.
