Sapphire is made up of privately owned condominiums, and we love it there. There's a huge lap pool overlooking the ocean, plus a movie theater and a game room with shuffleboard and a pool table. The gym is fully equipped, there's a hot water spa, and the beach is just a short walk through the private gate. Highly recommend staying here.

The pool area is beautiful and laid out so it can hold lots of people without feeling crowded. Staff were friendly, the location was great, and most of the place was fairly clean. The dishwasher had a little trouble, and the balcony slider in the master bedroom was permanently locked, which was disappointing but not a deal breaker. The listing said there were two king beds, but only the master had one; the other was a full/queen. The game and theater room smelled so musty that we decided not to use it, though it would have been fun. Still, it's a great place.

This was a horrible experience and not worth the money. The front desk was rude and unprofessional, staff seemed to know nothing about management, and security had a serious ego problem. I felt targeted and harassed for the entire stay, and was followed and watched by security. The bar was closed 24/7, our beds were sandy when we arrived, there were only 3 towels for 8 guests, and none of our key cards worked. The hot tub was dirty too. It didn't feel family friendly. I'm guessing they want things to be more for condominium renters, and if so, they need to advertise that. The fire alarm supposedly went off 3 times, but we weren't told until my father came up and said we needed to leave. When I asked why, the front desk "manager" said, "we dont know why your fire alarm isnt working." I told her that was dangerous, and she said she was "aware." You're better off staying at margaritaville. Spend your hard-earned money anywhere else.

We’ve stayed in several condos on vacation, and these have been the most welcoming by far. The front desk staff were kind and helped us each time a card malfunctioned. Everyone is sweet to our two little ones, always saying hello and waving. The pool has areas for adults, strong kid swimmers, and more timid swimmers. The gated private beach access is the best we’ve experienced, and the kids, plus mom and dad, loved watching boats pass through the jetty. Our condo had a killer ocean and pool view, and the kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms were spacious and well equipped. The game room, theater, and gym are all fantastic perks. My son has been down there every day working on his pool shark skills. We can’t wait to come back.
