The breakfast attendant was friendly, though the eggs tasted old even though they were just heated up. Breakfast was pretty standard, and this location didn't have the breakfast sandwiches we've had at other Fairfield hotels. We've stayed at other Fairfield properties and had good experiences, but those hotels were newer. I probably wouldn't stay here again. The online reviews looked great, so I expected a newer hotel. Instead, it smelled musty on the floors, though the attendant at check-in was very friendly and there was no smell until we got upstairs. The room seemed old despite the remodel. The pillows were awful and seemed very old, the sheets were stained, and the floor was uneven. The bathroom looked dated, the door wouldn't stay open, and we had only three towels. While tidying up, we found a remote barely tucked under the bed that housekeeping had missed, which didn't leave me confident about the cleanliness. It was okay overall, but disappointing.

I checked in at 2 am, and the staff let me sleep in with a late checkout without disturbing me. My room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was good too. Thanks to Fairfield Inn and Suites Paducah for being so accommodating.

We booked ahead while passing through because it was on our route. Getting to the location was a little tricky at first, and the service was just okay, nothing concerning but not especially good. For a Marriott, the rooms were available, but there was no ice anywhere in the hotel, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, it was an okay overnight stay.

The room was damp and smelled moldy, and the bathroom smelled bad too. The front desk person was nice, but that was about the only bright spot. Breakfast wasn't good either. At $190 a night, it really wasn't worth it. It didn't feel close to Marriott standards.

There was a sewage and musty smell on every floor. I felt you could get sick staying here. When we looked at the rooms, the beds were awful and the pillows were so old and flat. Most of the staff were nice. We got a full refund and went to another hotel.
