Americas Best Value Inn Lake City

We came for my daughter's graduation, and the location was close to everything. The room was very clean, with a king-size bed and an unusual shower. Mike at the counter was helpful and informative, and even waived the early check-in fee. Breakfast was coffee and brown-bag treats. Sweeet!!! Great service, and we’ll definitely visit again.

The rates, both nightly and weekly, are really affordable for what you get here. There’s a pool, lots of TV channels including three HBO channels, and free breakfast each morning with coffee, cereal, pastries, and muffins. The motel is comfortable and incredibly clean, too. Everyone I met was friendly and professional, and the service was wonderful. I love this place.

We ended up getting here at 3am, so the 24-hour check-in was a big help. We’d planned to leave for our cruise on Sunday, but a snowstorm in Georgia, where we live, made us head out Friday night instead. We took a chance on this motel, and the room was clean, with no smoke or weed smell. The workers were absolutely friendly, and all the stores are along that strip. Only issue was faint stains on some of the towels, so I’d bring my own. Otherwise, I’d totally recommend it.

The staff were accommodating whenever I needed something, and they were friendly from the front desk through housekeeping and maintenance. My small dog was welcome, and her fee was only $10 the first night. The room was clean, though a little dated, and they’re working on fixing things up. The bathrooms have been modernized. I had a leak on my second day, but they moved me to the room next door, which made it an easy fix for me. The price was good online and even when I arranged the extra two nights on the spot. I was happy with my stay, and it felt worth the time and money.
