The Inn at the Crossroads

Derrick at the front desk took my call two days ago and was so pleasant and helpful about getting me an early check-in. I have a little pregnant woman with me who has an important appointment in the area, so I really appreciated it. He’s a very sweet man, and all the staff were kind. The beds were comfortable, the split AC units in the rooms worked well, and the water pressure and shower head were great. I haven’t tried the continental breakfast yet, but the coffee’s good. The Inn at the Crossroads is beautiful everywhere, from the lobby and restrooms to the floors and walls, with artwork all around. I’m sitting in the lovely back safe courtyard now. I can hear the train when it passes, but didn’t hear it overnight, and that’s not the hotel’s fault. I’m just waking up here and have felt joy, peace, and safety during my stay. If I’m in this area again, I’d only stay here. I hope others get to enjoy it too.

It’s a beautiful hotel, right downtown with an adorable area around it. The staff were super sweet, the place was very clean, and we loved our room. Breakfast was good, too. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times, and I love this hotel. The decor is awesome, Derrek at the front desk is really helpful, and dinner there was wonderful.

We loved the friendly staff and the safe, tranquil atmosphere at The Inn At The Crossroads. It’s in a very safe part of Lake City, even though the whole city isn’t the same. Our previous lodging plans elsewhere fell through, but the kind staff let us check in at 1am in the morning and stay for the week. The decor inside is beautiful, and there’s a gorgeous enclosed courtyard for hotel guests only. The rooms are pretty standard, but the showers are incredible, and they have mini fridges. Guests can also use a microwave in the lobby. There’s a restaurant on site. The food wasn’t bad, though nothing wowed us, which is what I’d expect from hotel dining. The complimentary breakfast was good enough and did the job; the bagels and cheese danishes stood out. There isn’t much to do near the hotel, so you’ll have to travel at least an hour for that. We didn’t mind the drive. The train tracks are nearby, but the noise was minimal and didn’t bother us much. We’d definitely recommend staying at The Inn At The Crossroads.
