We had a lovely view of the river, and the deck had a hammock and fire pit for relaxing outside. The dome is right at the entrance to Pagosa, with stores, shops, and activities not too far away. Inside, it had everything we needed: a kitchenette with a big fridge, a two-burner stove, and cookware for making a meal. The bathroom had a shower and a modern look, and the bed was comfortable with stylish furnishings. I’d recommend it if you want something different from a regular hotel room.
The views were stunning, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the dome had everything we needed for a cozy stay in. It was kept impeccably, and communication was quick and easy. We stayed a couple of days, and it was easily our best experience. We’ll definitely be back soon.
We love this place. The river views are stunning, and even though it’s outside town enough to feel secluded, restaurants and nightlife are just a five minute drive away. There was some road noise, but it wasn’t bad overnight. The rooms are cozy, beautiful, and really innovative. The heater ran all night in January, so we stayed warm and slept comfortably. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette were well designed and stocked for a very comfortable stay.
The second loft bed is tough for kids under 10 to climb, and there’s no kid-proof railing up top. Our kids are 13 and 10, so they enjoyed the loft. There’s no room cleaning service, but you can ask for fresh towels. The place is just outside Pagosa Springs, right on the river. You hear a bit of highway noise, but it’s still nice being close to the water. The room has good amenities: fridge freezer, two-burner electric stove, cookware and utensils, toaster, microwave, Wi-Fi, JBL Flip speaker, gas grill, and an outdoor fireplace. The bathroom has a shower.
The river views are great, and staying in a dome was a super neat experience. The domes sit right by the highway, though, and trucks are pretty loud until later at night. It gets chilly in fall and winter, and the minisplit heater is directly above the bed, blowing on your face. It’s definitely unique, and I wish we could’ve tried it in summer.
