I really like the location, especially if you’re into hiking, skiing, or mountain biking. The Pagosa Springs Apartments have been nicely renovated, and it’s great having a fitness center right there.

The location makes it easy to get downtown in about 10 minutes, or head toward Durango. Restaurants and local shops are nearby, including coffee shops, Walmart, and City Market, and the Pagosa Springs Golf Club surrounds the property. The updated units are clean and current, with useful extras like a fitness room, work stations, and onsite storage. Eliseo, the onsite maintenance guy, was very helpful with questions and support.

I used the gym almost every day when I lived here. The place is great in Pagosa, close to coffee shops and restaurants, and Walmart is less than a mile away.

I’ve never lived in nicer apartments. The views from our rooms are great, and the location couldn’t be better. The onsite manager is super friendly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for housing in the Pagosa Springs area.
