Pahrump RV Park & Lodging

The neighborhood felt sketchy, and I was told the WiFi could be unreliable. There were only a few shaded spaces, and those were already taken. The rest had no trees, and the spaces were small. There was no swimming pool either. I gave it a low rating because the manager lied to me about my cat being allowed outside. On the day I was supposed to sign the lease and move in, she wrote in the lease that the cat couldn't leave the RV. I refused to move in, and she wasted my time and money.

I've heard rumors that when tenants pass away, Tammy and Jeff sell their travel trailer RV. Jeff, who is supposed to manage the park, goes around harassing older residents. Tammy, his wife, lies to the older tenants right to their faces. They're horrible people with bad attitudes. Stay away from this park, run far.

The reception staff were friendly and very nice, which was the only good part of staying at the Pahrump RV park. The park is run-down, with RVs packed tightly together, and most people seemed to live there permanently with no intention of moving on. The bathrooms were the worst I've seen and looked like they never get cleaned. I'd recommend wearing a body-condom in the shower.

I stayed in an RV here for 10 days and found it quite comfortable. My RV was #22, and although the listing photos combine all the different RVs for rent, I thought they accurately showed the quality of mine. Each RV is different, unlike a hotel with identical rooms. The RV's hot water tank is rather small, so showers need to be quick. That was fine for me, but if you'd like a longer, more luxurious shower, guests are given a key to the full-strength shower in the main building. I did laundry twice. The laundry wasn't crowded, everything was clean, and the machines worked. The neighbors were absolutely quiet. There were some loud vehicles outside, probably on public streets, but everything calmed down by around 8:00. I was never woken while sleeping.
