The air conditioner was so loud we couldn't talk or hear the TV. The room itself felt neglected too: the floor was sticky and gritty, and the tub had grit on its floor. In the shower, there was a used bar of soap, a dirty washcloth over the curtain rod, and a women's razor in the upper corner. When housekeeping came, they only emptied the trash. No fresh towels, and the bed wasn't made. This fell well below Best Western standards, and we were very disappointed.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and everyone was friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast at the cafe was amazing. I'd definitely come back.

I booked here expecting to work in the room using the free WiFi they advertise, but there was no internet. I called the office, and they said someone would get back to me. About ten minutes later, there was a knock at the door: apparently the phones didn't work either, so she couldn't call and had to come tell us in person that the internet should be working. I told her I wasn't surprised the WiFi was down when the phone didn't work.

The staff were really sweet, and the room was clean overall. The sink did leak when we used it, though.

The employees gave us great service, and the beds were comfortable with ice-cold AC. We also liked the little cafe for breakfast. The food was excellent, and it had a friendly hometown feel.
