La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Palestine

We stopped to ask for directions and ended up staying, thanks to Paula. She patiently helped my mom get here and was so kind. The hotel is well appointed, and Paula showed us all the amenities, including the fully equipped breakfast area, so we could enjoy it before heading out. Glad we stayed.

It’s easy to get around Palestine and the wider East Texas area from here, with convenient parking. The hotel feels safe and well kept, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Wi-Fi worked reliably, breakfast was plentiful, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were welcoming and professional, so check-in was simple and the stay felt stress-free. Whether you’re visiting family, here for work or a local event, or just passing through, I’d recommend it as a reliable place to stay. I’d absolutely return.

After a long day, it was easy to unwind here. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff were welcoming, and both check-in and checkout went quickly. Restaurants are nearby and the location is easy to reach. Breakfast was a nice extra. It was a pleasant, hassle-free stay, and I’d come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the Palestine area.

Good service, a clean hotel, and a good breakfast. I’d stay again, but several things need attention. Room 317 had no sink stopper, so I guess my diamond ring will be found down there. The alarm clock needs to go: I’ve set clocks for over 60 years and couldn’t set its time. We couldn’t get the A/C working, though eventually we got the fan to blow. Finding the two entrance roads was hard in daylight and almost impossible at night. Reflectors on both sides of the entrances would help before somebody crashes. The big breakfast table is too tall for kids to sit at without a parent lifting them up; two or three regular tables would be better.
