HNA Palisades Premiere Conference Center

The woods setting made this place especially memorable. It was quiet, with walking trails and koi in a big pond, and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean with a comfortable bed. It's a large, older property, but seems well cared for and has the usual amenities like a pool, fitness center, and bar. I've never stayed anywhere quite like it. I bet it's even lovelier in summer, and I hope I can come back.

There are plenty of amenities, including a pool, basketball, racquetball, and a gym, and the food was pretty good. The presentation rooms are arranged well, too. The rooms were reasonably clean, but badly need updating. My toilet kept running and the TV reception was quite fuzzy. I'm not especially picky, though, and the good outweighed the bad for a decent convention location.

Deer and Turkey are often walking around the beautiful grounds, which make this a peaceful place for events. The building has meeting rooms in a range of styles for different occasions. It's a little dated, but not bad. The staff are always great to work with, and the food is always great.

The room had a nice view across the property, and having the conference rooms in another part of the building gave me a bit of mental separation. It was a great venue for our sales conference, with friendly staff and great service. It felt good for the mind, body, and soul. My only reason for giving four stars instead of five was that there was no nightstand by my bed, which made charging my devices a bit of a pain. Otherwise, it was a great place.
