We had great beach access, and the corner room had plenty of space, clean bedding, and lovely sea views. The floors, kitchen, and bathroom, though, were poorly cleaned. Since it's an apartment, neighbors can also disrupt the ocean sounds at night 🥹. Parking was good. Maybe the cleaner just had an off day, but the cleanliness was the main thing keeping my score down.
We'd happily come back. The balcony opened onto a beautiful ocean view, and the place felt cozy and clean. It was just right for our stay, and the people were easy to work with.
We struggled to see the value at $400/day, and I'd like to look around the area and compare the competition. The shower pressure was weak enough that I joked I could probably piss harder, and I'm not young anymore. Cleanliness was fair at best, though the bed was very comfortable. The location was awesome, with plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Britt's Pizza had pretty good food. My wife had arranged for us to stay a few days. For those prices, I hope the cleaning and other staff are paid really well, around $18-22/hr.
We've made this our annual stop since it opened, and the beach access is great. It's a quiet place to stay, but there aren't many amenities. Over the last four years, there hasn't been much upkeep to keep things fresh, though the property isn't in disrepair. Prices keep going up, so the value feels like it's shrinking.
The beach was beautiful, and the cabanas were awesome. We had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful condo in a great location. My only complaint was how few supplies were left in the room: trash bags, toilet paper, a dish sponge, and paper towels were all lacking.
