Hampton Inn Palm Beach Gardens

The room was awful, and the TV didn't work. When I asked Seneya at the front desk about it, she said, “sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.” I asked when it could be fixed, and she said the next day. I pointed out that the neighbors' TV worked, and she replied, “I dont know what to say.” They said the hotel was fully booked instead of moving us to another room, so the staff weren't accommodating. The next day, we spoke with the manager, Richard, and the rudeness continued. He asked how we had booked. When we said Hotwire, he replied, “Good luck with that,” then hung up on me. The whole hotel experience was terrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. The hotel needs renovation and nicer staff. There are plenty of other hotels in the area.

Just a weekday night for me. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were nice. The decor was nice, too, with free wifi, free parking, free hot breakfast, and bath products in the room. My only complaints were an uncomfortable pillow and no complimentary drinking water in the room anymore, you have to buy it. Overall, good.

Alex at the front desk was phenomenal and is an asset to the company. We had a nice chat about nearby Phil Foster Park, which she's never snorkeled at. Maybe next time! Breakfast was yummy, and the woman serving it was attentive, very clean, and organized. Everything went smoothly, and I had a great stay. I'll definitely be back.

We spent a week here and the location made it easy to get around all of the Palm Beaches. Staff were courteous, attentive, and ready to help with anything. The back garden and pool area were nice, and breakfast was varied and delicious each morning.
