Hilton Garden Inn Palm Beach Gardens

The pool was heated, and there's a nice little hot tub. Rooms were clean with fresh sheets, and the restaurant and bar had a good little selection. The mini market was handy for essentials and things we needed right away. There's shopping all around the hotel. My only complaint is that the heating isn't great, though the cooling AC is fantastic. Florida has had some unusually cold snaps lately, so I can understand not having great heating in rooms that may only need it once every couple of years. Just ask for a second blanket at night. :-)

We had a nice stay in this typical Garden Inn hotel. It's in a lovely setting with lakes, shopping, and dining nearby, and it's convenient to pretty much anything you might need. The rooms are fairly bare and minimal, but relatively clean and orderly.

After having my reservation for several weeks, I was put in a horrible room. It was a handicap room with a huge roof as the view and cold, hard vinyl floors. There was barely any bathroom lighting, just one small mirror with dull light. I'm a Lifetime Diamond member, and I had been told I could check in early. But when I arrived two hours before the usual 3:00 pm check-in, I was told I'd be charged. I've never had a Hilton property try to charge me for that, considering my loyalty and the many thousands my company spends on travel every year using Hilton exclusively. Honestly, Hilton, do better. Business travelers are your livelihood. Treat them better or they'll take their business elsewhere, like Marriott, which will match status. This was my most disappointing stay to date. Another property is the better choice.

Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and Cierra made the visit wonderful for my mother and me. From check-in, she greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and was so professional. She carefully explained the property and its amenities, and gave me the best customer service I've ever received. My recent stay was amazing, thanks to the incredible team, especially Cierra, who was the highlight. I highly recommend the property for its prime location and excellent amenities, and especially for dedicated staff like her. She's an invaluable asset to the team and a definite keeper.
