Days Inn by Wyndham Black River Falls I-94 on ATV Trail

There’s plenty of food around, and parking was ample, even for my 40-foot trailer. The pet fee was only $20, which was nice. The room was surprisingly nice and very clean, smelled good, and the shower drained properly. Staff were super nice. Breakfast was good but simple, with no meat: an omelet maker and a couple of veggies, a pancake maker, cereal, juice, bread, and yogurt. It was one of the nicest Days Inns I’ve stayed in. I totally recommend this spot!

The hallway smelled old, and it’d be a nice hotel if they took care of that. I think the pillows need attention, though I don’t use pillows, so it was okay for me. The location is top of the top, easy to get to from I-94. The room was clean, the sheets seemed clean and didn’t smell, and the towel looked brand new. The bathroom was big and super clean. They have breakfast; I just grabbed coffee and yogurt. Overall, 4.5/5.

The gentleman at the front desk made check-in fun, and he was easy to talk to. For the price, it’s excellent value. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area relaxing, and breakfast had a nice variety with something for everyone. I had a great stay at Days Inn and would definitely come back.

There was a spider in the bathroom that I had to kill. Gross. The constant stomping overhead was even worse: you could hear people walking all over the second floor, not only right above your room. It’s the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There’s no elevator, so heavy luggage or limited mobility means you’re stuck on the first floor. I asked the desk attendant for a quiet room, but he put me in the middle of the first floor.
