Inlet Palm Beaches

They did respond when we messaged, which matters since there’s no front desk, and the beach is close by. Still, I don’t recommend booking here and won’t stay again. We weren’t given beach towels, and I don’t understand how a place that emphasizes beach access doesn’t provide them. Our unit was dated and didn’t have central air like some other units. There was no body wash in the bathroom, so we had to get our own. My biggest issue was being charged a pet fee when I never said I’d bring a pet. We rented two units and were charged two pet fees. I’ve spent over a week trying to get this mistake fixed, but keep getting excuses. I’m beyond frustrated and feel like I was scammed.

My wife had booked a stay here, but the reason for her trip was cancelled. She figured she could still enjoy time by the resort pool, then found out it was closed. The hotel emailed to say she could cancel if she wanted because of the pool closure, so she did and sent an email to the right person. Then they told her she wasn’t allowed to cancel, even though we have their written message saying she could under those circumstances. We’ve tried calling, but the person who answered seemed confused and had no information. He was quick and unhelpful, and didn’t say whether anyone would follow up. I wouldn’t book here. It seems like the staff aren’t on the same page, and they give you no way out of cancelling or moving your reservation.

The management team was very helpful and quick to respond, and their communication was fantastic. They answered all our questions. The property itself is beautiful, and its location on the inlet can’t be beat.

My boyfriend and I had such a great time here. The place was incredibly clean and spacious, and it felt like a home away from home. The location made exploring easy, with the ocean close by and lots of great places to eat. There was also a delicious ice cream spot nearby, just the thing after the beach or dinner. I can’t wait to come back with my boyfriend. Thanks for making the getaway so special!
