La Doral

The place felt like home, and I wish we could have stayed longer. There's a full kitchen, living room, and dining room, plus a bedroom with a really comfortable queen mattress, like sleeping on a marshmallow. The property was well kept, and the beach is just a three-minute walk away. We'll be back next year!

I have no complaints. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, and the beds were clean and super comfortable. The full kitchen had silverware and cooking utensils, and the people running the place were really nice and personable.

It's pet friendly, and everything we needed was nearby, no more than a 15-20 minute drive. The water is only steps from the hotel, and public beach access is about half a mile away, near plenty of restaurants, shops, and gas stations. We drove to the ferry for snorkeling at peanut island, less than a 10-minute drive. Our room was beautiful, with free WiFi, cable, and a full kitchen. Jazmin, the property manager, was especially kind. I accidentally deleted the email with our room passcode, but she happily gave it to me when I called. We enjoyed it so much that we're already planning another trip!

We had a really nice stay at La Doral and hope to return soon. My husband picked it because it was walkable to Sailfish Marina, where his friend keeps a boat, and only a few minutes from the beach. The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished, and, most of all, very clean.
