The peaceful atmosphere and lovely white sand beach were real highlights. The sunbeds were comfortable, and the bed in our room was too. Our room wasn’t large, but it was cozy, clean, and nicely designed, with a good shower and great amenities. The building is a bit old, though the service was extremely good. We went to a wedding at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach, and it was beautifully organized. There are two lovely restaurants on the property, and breakfast was very good. I ordered only from the à la carte menu, and the staff were always accommodating. The hotel feels calm and serene. I truly love this place and would definitely recommend staying here.

The massage therapists at the spa were excellent, one of the best parts of the stay. But one shower there had no hot water, and when I told management it still hadn’t been fixed when I returned. The room phone barely worked, too, so reaching staff was difficult. We reported the maintenance problems, though we didn’t make a formal complaint because we were trying to salvage the vacation and enjoy ourselves. The service problems started at arrival, when nobody greeted us or offered to help with our bags. The valet and doormen seemed busy chatting or helping other guests. It wasn’t a huge issue by itself, but it set the tone. While waiting hours for our room, we spent 2-3 hours at the beach and managed to get only one drink. There was just one server, who was clearly working hard and wasn’t to blame. Management seemed unprepared for a wedding and bachelorette party that weekend, even though we were charged a higher rate because it was busy. At $2,000 per night, I expected much better staffing and service. Our room took hours to be ready. We got upgraded to a spacious suite, but it wasn’t anything extraordinary. The shower was tiny, the water pressure was abysmal, and part of the showerhead didn’t work. We told the hotel, but there was no follow-up or maintenance visit. We were exhausted from traveling and didn’t push for another room, so we put up with it. This was a shocking experience for a brand I’ve always associated with luxury and impeccable service. It felt like a 3-star stay at best, not the 5-star experience I expect from Four Seasons. Very disappointing, and I won’t be back.

My sister and I were made to feel like royalty as soon as we checked in. The hotel is stunning, elegantly designed, and surrounded by breathtaking views. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay special. I wish I could give the hotel 10 stars. A perfect getaway, with exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. Huge thanks to Preston, Victor, Will, Rodolfo, Paul, Natasha, Lauren, Georgia, Gabreil, Yesleny, Reed, Madison, and Casey for making it so memorable!

The resort feels truly quiet, with hardly any music by the pool and only very soft blues in the restaurant. Service is smooth and well timed without being intrusive, and there’s no forced ceremony or showy luxury. The careful condition of the tile edges, wallpaper, curtains, and sofa fabrics suggests an older property that’s been maintained with care. It suits people who like quiet, have few social needs, enjoy thinking or talking with AI, have no permanent home, and live in hotels year-round. The balconies are trapezoid-shaped, one deeper than the other, and both angle inward. That shape gives the deeper balcony fuller, lower wave sounds and the shallower one brighter, higher sounds, almost like a natural two-channel surround effect created by the building itself. Later, I noticed the hotel website’s line, “Fall asleep with the Atlantic sound,” which seems to reflect that design. I booked an Ocean View Studio on AI’s advice, at about $1,800 for 22 nights, rather than the One Bedroom Suite Ocean Front, which averages close to $4,000. The rooms are 51 sqm and 64 sqm respectively, so the price difference seemed hard to justify. ChatGPT said the Studio was angled, while Gemini said both faced the sea but the pool and palms might block the Studio. After staying here, I think the real difference is how close the room is to the shoreline, not its angle or floor. The Studio sits behind the pool and palm trees, so it feels farther away even though it faces the ocean. The One Bedroom Suite is almost right on the shore, with the wind, waves, light, and movement close in front of you. The suite gives up interior floor area for its two balconies, leaving an irregular shape with softened edges. The deeper balcony has room to stand, sit, and move around. Its fan-shaped opening brings in a wide view and natural light, and the shape blocks wind enough to make sitting outside possible even on warm rainy days. Giving up some interior space creates a closer, more complete connection to the sea. That feels like a quiet kind of luxury. I happened to be there on a warm, rainy day with little wind. The sky shifted between dim and bright, while the rain went from heavy to fine and drifted into the balcony. The water changed from greenish to gray-blue, and white waves rolled in layers over the sand. Birds flew close through the rain, adjusting their posture midair. The view blurred and came back, like a quiet little film of nature. That kind of weather isn’t an everyday thing, but a longer stay gives you a chance to see it. I stayed 22 nights.

The staff were really friendly, the beach was great, and the service was top notch. We loved our whole week there and will definitely come back.
