The beach butler service was lovely, and Tams went above and beyond. The concierge was excellent too. The Colony has some of the best service I’ve experienced at hotels around the world. We loved our suite, the pool, and the hotel’s decor. It’s a delightful pink paradise, and they’ve thought of details that make a stay easy and enjoyable. It was perfect for a girls’ trip. I can’t wait to bring my daughter.

We came for drinks and dinner while the hotel was fully booked around New Year’s, and Swifties ended up being a highlight of our West Palm Beach trip. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The cocktails were the standout, cute, creative, and nicely balanced. Service was great too. We stayed here in 2019 and loved that visit, and I’d love to stay again next time. The Colony feels like old-school glamour, a little like a mini Beverly Hills Hotel on the East Coast. The pink façade, prints, umbrellas, and all the details make it beautiful and full of timeless charm. It has an elegant, classic feel that’s special as soon as you walk in. If you’re in West Palm Beach, make time for The Colony and don’t miss Swifties.

We chose The Colony Hotel for a Museum of Human Goals (MuHuGo) meeting, and it suited the gathering perfectly. The setting was elegant, inspiring, and full of energy. With its hand-painted details and distinctive design, the hotel is a beautiful Palm Beach landmark. It feels historic but lively, like a place for people to meet, share ideas, and have meaningful conversations. It’s a cultural point in the city, and a lovely setting for art, culture, and thoughtful gatherings. Places like this show how our surroundings can influence human goals and creativity.

We recently moved back to Palm Beach, and had lunch and afternoon tea with my son Jake, who is nonverbal and on the autism spectrum. The kindness from Celeste, Renea, Sherine, and Kadria was beautiful. They deserve an “Autism Kindness Award.” As a single mother, the days can be challenging. Having a lovely place where we can relax and experience such kindness means so much. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the Florida dream lifestyle. I’m happy to be back home. The staff really made our stay. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and The Colony team made us feel at home. It’s a charming boutique hotel with a polished, thoughtfully designed look that stands out from others nearby. The location is excellent, right on Worth Avenue, with lots of shops and places to eat close by. The cafe on the side makes amazing smoothies. The rooms were okay, though a bit small for my taste.
