Parking was decent, and most condos have ocean views. The location is nice, and the units range from nice to very nice.

Great condo, but they should pay more attention to bathroom supplies. Both bathrooms were missing shampoo.

The condo and property were lovely, and the pools were amazing. The one big downside was the ocean: hidden rocks made it hard to enjoy. On our first walk in, we all got cuts and scrapes from tripping or losing our balance as waves came in, so I couldn't give it five stars.

The view was beautiful, but Unit 463 at 500 Cinnamon Beach was a huge disappointment. The outdoor furniture was uncomfortable and in rough shape, like the furniture inside, which was the worst I've seen in a rental. The place felt very outdated, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, and several bathroom fixtures were rusty. The dishwasher took hours to finish a cycle. The ice maker didn't work, there was no light in the refrigerator, and the washer and dryer were exposed without doors around them. The screen door was broken too. Other units in the complex may be maintained much better, but I'd strongly avoid Unit 463.

We've been coming for eight years, and still love this gated community. The beach is beautiful, both swimming pools are great, people are friendly, and dogs are welcome.
