We spent five days and four nights here as a family. The house itself is modern and very nice, but I have two main concerns. First, there were no pool toys or beach chairs, which I've never encountered at a vacation rental before. The heated bubbler spa was on a timer for only three hours a day. When you're paying thousands for a vacation, you'd expect to use it whenever you want. The bigger issue was the roaches. There were lots of them, appearing at dusk and throughout the night. In the middle of our vacation, the owner wanted us to leave so pest control could "Bomb" the house with high-powered fumes for 90 minutes. Imagine being asked to get out during your trip for that. I saw another review describing the same problem and the owner snapping back, apparently thinking they only wanted money. I don't want a refund; I'm just stating the facts. There's a serious roach issue that needs to be taken care of.

The owners were really nice to talk with, and the house was beautiful and so clean. We had an amazing time staying here, especially enjoying the pool.

My family had a great time at this awesome house. We watched Netflix from the hot tub and sat on the pier at night listening to the water.
