The property is beautiful, but the service and several basic conveniences let us down. We paid a lot for the stay, and the first day alone brought too many frustrations. The exit gate was open when we arrived. Later, it was down and required room cards, but it was malfunctioning and guests couldn't get out. The resulting line and confusion made people angry. We told the front desk after returning from the store, but they handed us a postcard to use if the problem happened to us again instead of sending someone to fix it. A broken gate could leave other guests in an unsafe situation if they get impatient. Our mini-fridge still wasn't cold hours after we put groceries in it. There was no way for us to adjust the temperature. Maintenance came about an hour later, moved the drawer console, and said the fridge hadn't been set to maximum. Guests shouldn't have to move furniture to get an amenity working. We also found two ice machines on our floor out of order and had to walk to another hallway for ice. The walk to our room, which had a pool view, was a pain, and the elevators weren't conveniently located. At checkout, we learned the resort fee was $45 per night whether we used the services or not. With temperatures reaching 105 degrees every day, the activities weren't realistic for us. The property's response was standard apologies without any action, which didn't help.

The food was pretty good, and the party space looked beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the pool water felt nice, though there were some bugs floating in it. Our room was a long way from the elevators, and getting around could be confusing. Housekeeping missed the previous guest's alarm, which went off at 5 a.m., and left an empty shampoo bottle.

We had a memorable stay and are already planning to return in July. Veronica was a big part of that: she was welcoming, friendly, and smiling even in a busy hotel area. Her suggestions for activities made our visit more enjoyable, and her professionalism, upbeat attitude, and natural leadership really stood out. I'd gladly see her in a management role. The property's atmosphere and customer service were wonderful. Thank you, Veronica, for taking such good care of us.

The grounds were lovely and well cared for, and staff were welcoming and helpful wherever we went. We also found plenty of kid-friendly food at the restaurants, so meals were easy without leaving the resort. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade, feeding fish, boat rides, watching flamingos, and swimming. Because it was so hot, we mostly used the pools in the morning or from about 7 to 9:30 p.m. The weekend live DJ by the pool added a fun touch. Adults had lots to do too, including golf, putting, the arcade, and the pools, with room to stay active and still relax. There was something for everyone in the family, and we all came away with great memories. We'd happily return and recommend it to families looking for a fun, relaxing vacation.

Eli's CBD Wellness massage was both therapeutic and relaxing, and I left feeling restored. The spa itself felt peaceful and luxurious, a real escape. At the front desk, Tali made me feel welcome and looked after, with a warm, professional, efficient check-in. Their hospitality set the tone for the stay. I'll definitely be back.
