We couldn’t get onto the Wi-Fi using the instructions they gave us. There was also a really strong, pungent smell every time we came in. The shampoo provided wasn’t enough, and there was no body wash, just a small bar of soap, so we ended up buying our own at the supermarket.

The setting was perfect for everything we wanted to do, right by the beautiful mountains with stunning views. Our kitchen was very nice and stocked with what we needed. The AC worked really well, and somehow it wasn’t too hot during our four days in mid-April. The place was so clean and comfortable, and the grounds were kept perfectly. Will, the groundskeeper, made a new friend in my husband when he picked up some pool floaties on a Home Depot run. Thanks, Will! We’re already looking forward to coming back in early 2026.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs, several restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The pool, hot tub, and two BBQs are good to have. Rooms are spread across three buildings and two floors, so ask for a ground floor if mobility is an issue. The rooms and grounds were clean and well maintained for their age, and the staff were excellent and helpful. The rooms are getting a bit tired and some furniture is worn, but they’re spacious enough. The kitchen is large and well stocked with cutlery, crockery, and glasses.

The galley kitchen was great, with new appliances, a big refrigerator, lots of utensils, and a nice table for four. The walk-in closet was spacious, though the three-quarter bath felt tight. The mattress was a little too firm for us. Nothing fancy, but the property feels comfortable and is well maintained inside and out. It’s quiet apart from the AC and furnace. The place is next to a very nice neighborhood for walking or biking toward Mt. San Jacinto. Parking is easy, and it’s quick to get to local roads and the freeway for area sights. The main part of town is a bit far to walk, but driving and parking there is easy.
