Holiday House Palm Springs

We were disappointed with the room assignment. I booked months ahead and paid to upgrade to a “good room.” A few days before arrival, I called to request a quiet room on an upper floor because I'm sensitive to noise, and they said they'd do their best. I repeated the request at check-in, but got a ground-floor room between the lobby and gift shop, a busy area. We could also hear footsteps from the floor above.

Waking up in a comfy bed to those mountain views was hard to beat. We stayed three nights and left really happy. The second-floor rooms, like ours, have amazing views, and the whole place feels like a little resort. It’s calm and quiet, even though downtown is just steps away. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and all the little touches and amenities were great. I don’t review often unless somewhere is really good or really bad, and this one was REALLY good. We’ll keep it on our short list for next time.

I ended up at Holiday House after a reservation problem at a nearby chain hotel where I was supposed to stay for a conference. I’m so glad I found this place. It’s a quaint hotel with chic rooms, great amenities, and terrific staff. I loved relaxing in my room and on the balcony overlooking the pool and nearby mountains, and spending time around the pool and pantry. It was a wonderful stay, and I’ll absolutely book here again on my next trip to Palm Springs. Highly recommend!

The pool was the highlight of our long weekend at Holiday House, and the whole place felt calm and relaxing. Staff regularly brought around cold towels and fruit, a lovely treat while we were lounging. They were warm, friendly, and accommodating, and we had fun exploring the neighborhood on the complimentary bikes. As a dog owner, I appreciated how easy and welcoming the property was. It’s very walkable and in an ideal location. I also loved seeing guests quietly read or enjoy the pool. My husband liked it so much that we’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend!
