The service and location are both great. The front desk staff were very friendly, and after I asked to change rooms, I was moved to a brighter, more updated, and larger one. The first room was dark, much older, and had a stained chair and ottoman. It also wasn’t ideally located on the day of a street fair, since I had to walk outside to get to it. I’d give the hotel 3-3.5 stars for the fantastic location and service, but I won’t stay again because the rooms aren’t updated.

The central downtown location is great, and breakfast was good. But in January 2026, the hot water wasn’t working, so my husband and I had to take cold showers. We reported it to the front desk, and they sent an engineer, but the problem was still there the next morning. We had plans and didn’t want to spend more time dealing with it. The room was dated, with peeling wallpaper, stained tables, and a very worn-out, uncomfortable bed. There’s a fridge in the room, but no microwave, only one downstairs. The dog treats at the front desk were stale, and my dog wouldn’t eat them.

Richie, I hope I have his name right, was incredibly helpful with my luggage. I couldn’t have managed it myself without him, and I really appreciated that he stepped in without hesitation. I had a wonderful stay. The room was a little run down, but worked perfectly for what I needed, and the location was just right. Thank you for being there and helping me.

The location was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, I can’t recommend the place. The rooms were horribly dated, the plumbing was poor, and the internet service was extremely poor too. I was also disappointed by the restaurant and bar. The style and decor fell short, and the 'house' liquor tasted awful.

Check-in was quick and easy, and getting into the on-site parking was simple, with an elevator nearby. The front desk help was top notch, friendly, informative, and very helpful. I had a spacious king suite with a balcony over the main strip, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My only room issue was several crumbs under the glass on one tabletop.
