The Villas of Palm Springs

If you’re after peace and quiet, give this place a look. The property is quaint, quiet, and beautiful, the pool was clean, and Gracie and Nancy gave us great service. We loved the studio. It was just the right size for our family of four, with plenty of dishes, though I brought my own cast iron. We’ll definitely be back.

All the rooms are poolside, and the location was great. Our studio was quiet, and we slept really well in the king-size bed. It had a full-size fridge and stove, plus all the dishes and cookware we needed. The rental was very clean, and Leticia did a great job housekeeping. We’d recommend it and will be back.

My parents and I have been coming here for decades, through several management companies and, over the years, some shady board members. The timeshare has had a few upgrades in its 40 years, but it still has a long way to go before I’d call it modern. Room sizes and amenities vary, but you can expect basics like a TV, cable, bed, fridge, silverware, and pans. There’s an ice maker behind the office, two pools, a jacuzzi, a small putting green and croquet field, plus a little game and book library in the office. Most guests seem to be retired people and families staying through timeshare ownership or an exchange. I’m not sure what prices are like these days. If you’re expecting a quiet place to unwind rather than much else, you’ll be fine.
