I left a night early because a film festival poolside event was announced with almost no notice. I’d booked directly and checked in two days before, but on Saturday at 1 PM the office called to say an event would run from 3 PM to 11 PM. They offered to move me to a “less loud” room, but it wouldn’t be a suite. I asked why nobody had mentioned it when I booked or checked in, and staff couldn’t answer. I’d come for a quiet, relaxing weekend after the holidays, so I believe I should get a refund for the unused final night. This was my first visit to the small, charming hotel, with rooms around a courtyard and pool. I was in room 112 from January 1-4. The room was large and clean, but the bed was uncomfortable. I’m not overweight, but sitting on it made me sink into a hole. On January 7, the hotel emailed to invite a review or ask them about any concerns. I wrote back and got no response. If they’d contacted me, we could’ve worked something out, but they didn’t have the courtesy to reply. One star.

Everyone was so friendly, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the pool and gardens were lovely. It’s in a great spot, an easy walk to the center. We’d love to stay again.

The intimate setting and convenient location keep bringing us back. We’ve stayed here several times over the years for work conferences, and the whole crew has always been fantastic. We look forward to another visit.

I’ve stayed here twice on solo trips and both times they placed me in a quiet, more private spot, which I really appreciated. The little property has an intimate feel, almost like having my own studio. Rooms are roomy, especially the bathroom in the king room, and they’re comfortable, clean, and stocked with lots of helpful amenities. The restaurant was closed on my second visit, but they gave me plenty of notice so I could plan around it. Each time I’ve left thinking I should stay longer next visit.

We had a really relaxing stay, and the staff were so friendly. The place was spotless and super cute, with a private feel even though downtown Palm Springs and all the action are close by. We also spent a sunny day by the pool. Would absolutely recommend it.
