Breakfast each morning was a highlight, thanks to Ines and Maria. They were kind, attentive, and kept everything stocked and running smoothly even with our large group, which gave each workday a nice start. Joey, Dina, Daenna, and Nathaniel at the front desk were just as great, always professional and friendly, and quick to help with questions or accommodations. Even a warm greeting after a long day made a difference. Our company was in town for work, and the whole team made us feel welcome from the first day. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff's hospitality really stood out. They clearly care about guests having a good stay. We'd absolutely return to Element Palmdale.

Ines and Maria made breakfast great every morning. Thanks to the staff for looking after our company on the work trip and making it easy for us to work there.

The room was clean and the customer service seemed good, but a pulsating vibration woke me around 4am and kept going through the room until I checked out at about 7:50am. It was wild, and impossible to get a decent night's sleep with everything vibrating. I wish they'd offered to comp the room or at least give me half off.

Once the reservation issue was sorted, everything was fine. The room and breakfast were great. But I booked through a third party, arrived at 2am, and didn't get to my room until 3:30am. I'd reserved the previous day so the room would be held for my late arrival, yet they had canceled it because I hadn't arrived by midnight and said I should have notified them. I've stayed in hotels hundreds of times and never had that happen. Then the front desk attendant said the third-party service had charged me $4 less than the amount due, and they wouldn't let me go to my room until that was resolved. The point of using a third-party service is that it's cheaper than the hotel's own website and generally easier. The property service made for an awful experience, even though the room and breakfast were great.

It's a very nice hotel with wonderful staff, a great breakfast, plenty of nearby shopping, a social hour, a pool, parking, and an exercise room. We didn't get a room with a cooktop. The woman explained that some rooms don't have one and it's best to call ahead to check what you'll get, since third-party booking photos don't always match the room. There was a sandstorm on our second night, see pics.
