Stevie in Tower one & two was very friendly and did everything she could to help. She handled things with compassion. Aside from her, I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service. We visit the 30 A area several times a year, and before booking I called to confirm the property had hot tubs, especially in spring since it's my family's favorite amenity. Once we arrived, we found out only TOWER 3 has hot tubs. It's a separate HOA, so they said there were no exceptions. We even offered to pay for access. I spoke with a supervisor who was direct and offered no help, basically saying, sorry about your luck, you'd already paid. We won't book here again. We were told we'd have hot tub access, and the way the issue was handled felt like misrepresentation. After this happened, I read the reviews and saw other customers had complained about the staff too.
