Grand Panama 2-1003

The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. She wanted us to enjoy beach life and kindly shared a few recommendations. I’d happily book this place again. We loved the beach and pool, and the Tiki hut on site had food and drinks. A good walk along the beach took us to some great bars and restaurants. Getting to the beach from the well-kept property was easy and felt safe. The condo was spacious and clean, with comfortable beach decor and a fantastic ocean view. I spent a while in the comfy patio chair with coffee, just enjoying the view and beach atmosphere. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus plenty of drawer and closet space.

Dawn, who lives here and knows PCB inside and out, was a great owner. Her attention to detail showed in little things, like the kitchen charging station that let us charge phones, an iPad, and a Kindle without fighting over outlets. There were plenty of amenities for a short or longer stay, and I’m already planning another visit. The town is quaint, the beaches are clean, and food and drinks were reasonably priced. The oysters alone made the trip worthwhile. The property is highly recommended, and don’t wait too long to book since places fill up quickly. The condo had three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and even extra sleeping space in the cute hallway bunk beds. We had lovely views and easy beach access, with a pedestrian bridge so we didn’t have to dodge traffic to reach the sand. It was peaceful when we wanted quiet, but right in the middle of a lively community. The pool was great too, with a nice sea breeze, and a quick Lyft ride got us to bars and food, or we could walk if we felt energetic. Parking was on site.

Dawn was so friendly and easy to work with, and she always got back to us promptly. This was easily the best of the several places we’ve stayed in Panama, and we’ll definitely be back! My husband and I stayed at Grand Panama unit 708 from 10/27-10/30, and it went beyond what we expected. The unit was clean and smelled great when we arrived, with lots of space and up-to-date appliances. The Gulf views at sunset were simply gorgeous. Great job, Dawn! ♥️

We spent time with family at Grand Panama Beach Resort in July 2025 and had a great stay. The beach was amazing at night, and we enjoyed the music, food, people, and pools at both towers. 10/10, I’ll definitely come back and book with DawnsRentals.
