Hampton Inn Panama City Beach

Anthony, Tony, and Annesam made a difficult trip feel manageable, and we won’t forget how they treated us. My partner has ALS and uses a wheelchair. We flew in from California nearly two hours late after flight delays, then had trouble with our rental car and didn’t get the vehicle we’d reserved. Around midnight, we reached our Airbnb and found it wasn’t wheelchair accessible, despite confirming that with the host before booking. We spent four exhausting hours in the driveway trying to work out what to do. At 5:00 a.m. we called the Hampton Inn Panama City Beach. Anthony listened with real compassion, told us to come over, and got us into a room right away. He explained that an ADA-accessible room would be available the next day and left detailed notes for the next shift. His thoughtfulness and customer service set the tone for our stay and helped us feel cared for from the start. The next day, Tony brought our new room keys to us, reassured us that we didn’t need to hurry to move, and made the switch easy. He was professional, attentive, and warm, and clearly takes pride in how he treats guests. That evening, our air conditioner and room phone had stopped working. We told Annesam on the way out to dinner, and she apologized right away and said she’d take care of it. While we waited to speak with her, I watched her help several other guests. She was friendly, poised, professional, and efficient with every one of them. It was impressive to see that level of service under pressure. After one of our most stressful travel experiences, these three restored our faith in customer service and human kindness. They treated us with empathy, dignity, and care when we needed it. Hampton Inn is lucky to have them. They turned what could have been a disastrous trip into a positive experience. Thank you, Anthony, Tony, and Annesam! ❤️
